Buying a Home

Judy stuck by me for months and months of searching for the right house, and let me tell you, I am picky! She never pressured me, she gave me her honest opinion and looked out for MY best interest, was helpful in tips and advice as it is my first home, was always on top of setting up appts to go look at houses, and even after I closed came to my house to help me with some minor things. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in the market!

Honest, reliable, knowledgeable, patient, trustworthy, friendly, hard working, and dedicated to clients, If there was a way to vote for her as "realtor of the year", I would do it. She helped us "out of towners" deal with searching for a house (with specific needs) within a huge area that we had no clue what it was like. This involved used homes and new builds (which we settled on). I can't say enough about Judy.

Vickie did an amazing job with our first home buying experience! She was always there and responsive, quick to find out any information we needed, and very personable. We just purchased our first home in June 2022, and we could not be any happier! JW did any and everything to make sure this process went as smoothly as possible. We started searching at the end of March because our lease was up in June, so we had a very short amount of time to find something we liked. After an intense and short amount of time, we were able to find our home in a great area for our family to live and grow in the future. So, Lynn really never cringed as I dragged her through some really old smelly houses. I was determined to renovate. But got that out of my system and turned my sights on a more realistic plan of helping a son purchase a really great condo downtown that needs a little fixing up. She aggressively helped us navigate a seller's market and nab the condo right out from under some other prospective buyers. This will be the second condo she's helped us buy on the beautiful old north side in downtown Indy and I'd feel it's an epic success. Thanks for never rolling your eyes at me as I came up with one silly plan after another lol!!
