I must say that I had a totally wonderful experience working with Heather and Jeremy! They worked with me through a series of back and forth offers involving several creative ways to bring us closer to the seller’s position. After a successful negotiation and accepted offer, I was unable to attend the closing due to the death of a parent across the country. Without hesitation, Heather and Jeremy worked out a way for me to stay in Arizona and close on the home remotely while they attended the closing in Indiana. They presented me with the keys and documents at my new home when I was able to return to Indiana. Needless to say, the “Large Team”, will be my “go to” Realtors for any future real estate endeavors! I found exceptional Realtors and new friends as well!
