Judy stuck by me for months and months of searching for the right house, and let me tell you, I am picky! She never pressured me, she gave me her honest opinion and looked out for MY best interest, was helpful in tips and advice as it is my first home, was always on top of setting up appts to go look at houses, and even after I closed came to my house to help me with some minor things. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in the market!

I must say that I had a totally wonderful experience working with Heather and Jeremy! They worked with me through a series of back and forth offers involving several creative ways to bring us closer to the seller’s position. After a successful negotiation and accepted offer, I was unable to attend the closing due to the death of a parent across the country. Without hesitation, Heather and Jeremy worked out a way for me to stay in Arizona and close on the home remotely while they attended the closing in Indiana. They presented me with the keys and documents at my new home when I was able to return to Indiana. Needless to say, the “Large Team”, will be my “go to” Realtors for any future real estate endeavors! From day 1 Joy was amazing. We were lucky enough to find a perfect home for us pretty quickly and she was very informative about the location, housing estate and all the things we needed to know about.

So, Lynn really never cringed as I dragged her through some really old smelly houses. I was determined to renovate. But got that out of my system and turned my sights on a more realistic plan of helping a son purchase a really great condo downtown that needs a little fixing up. She aggressively helped us navigate a seller's market and nab the condo right out from under some other prospective buyers.
