In my spare time, my husband and I enjoy spending time with our 5 children ranging in age from 29 to 12, our 2 French Bulldogs (Walter & Winston) and our 2 year old grandson! We feel incredibly blessed to have 5 amazing children and to now see our children with children has undoubtedly filled our hearts with endless happiness.

Michelle Highers
Buying and/ or selling a home is one of the largest investments you will ever make and helping you through the process is a desire that I have for my clients. Next to being a wife and mother of two young men, serving is my passion. Prior to real-estate, I served as a soldier where I retired with 21 years of service.
During my time of service, I was able to finish my Bachelor degree in Business administration, travel overseas, served during hurricane Katrina, supported the Colorado fires, deployed during Operation Iraqi Freedom and assisted the Governor and FEMA during State Active-Duty emergencies and obtained my pilot license as rated UH-60 Army Aviator. I feel incredibly blessed for the opportunities that I have received. However, my most rewarding and biggest blessing is being a wife, mother, and veteran.
Serving others is my passion which is why the transition from the military to real estate was easy for me. Real estate is about putting your clients interests above all others including your own. I also found, through the processes of real estate, an avenue to help my clients in another capacity. In 2017, my husband and I started a small construction and home renovation company. In addition to helping our clients buy and sell homes, we can also offer home renovation services before or after the sale!
Leslie Beck

Growing up in the New Palestine area and raising our children there, has given me a strong since of community that I am very passionate about. There’s nothing more satisfying than helping the children you have watched grow up find a a place of their own they can call home.
When I’m not working, my husband Tim and I enjoy boating, concerts, traveling, and hanging with our family, friends and of course our dogs. We are just starting to play Pickeball and are loving it. Our 5 children have been a blessing as well as our 6 beautiful grandchildren.
Through the highs and lows of my life I am extremely grateful for the loyalty of my clients, family and friends that have enabled me to achieve many awards and goals in my profession. But the one I am most proud of is being voted “2022 Hancock County Realtor of The Year.” If you know anything about Hancock County Realtors, they all Rock! So this was quite a humbling honor.
